Depending on the service, Jenexa Prime may act as:

• A commission-based intermediary

• A facilitator between clients and independent freelancers or service providers

• A subscription-based content and opportunity provider

Aside from others. You acknowledge that certain services may be fulfilled by independent third-party vendors, freelancers, logistics partners, or external service providers.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTABLE USE

By using Jenexa Prime, you agree that you will:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

• Not request or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all transactions

• Not misuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform, systems, pricing, or subscription models

• Not impersonate Jenexa Prime or misrepresent its services

Jenexa Prime reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. SERVICES, MARKETPLACE & THIRD-PARTY INVOLVEMENT

Jenexa Prime provides services, including but not limited to:

• Physical goods through The Shop (marketplace)

• Personal and business service bureau operations (errands, logistics, admin support)

• Digital products, training, and academy services

• Subscription-based opportunity hubs and curated listings

• Commission-based sourcing and facilitation services

You acknowledge that:

• Some services are fulfilled by third-party vendors or independent providers

• Jenexa Prime does not fully control third-party execution, timing, or performance

• We are not liable for losses, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers

• We act as a facilitator and coordinator in many service transactions

4. SUBSCRIPTION & MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

This includes all recurring access platforms such as opportunity hubs, premium listings, academy access, and digital membership systems.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once access is granted

• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment

• Cancellation stops future billing only and does not refund past or active periods

• Content, listings, and opportunities may be updated, changed, or removed at any time

5. PAYMENTS, PRICING & ORDERS

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Payment confirms agreement to the price and terms at the time of purchase

• Jenexa Prime reserves the right to cancel, decline, or refuse any order or service request

• Availability of services or products is not guaranteed at all times

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All refunds and cancellations are governed by the Jenexa Prime Returns & Refunds Policy.

In general:

• Physical goods follow vendor-specific return rules

• Services are non-refundable once completed or initiated

• Digital products and academy access are non-refundable once granted

• Subscription services are non-refundable once access is activated
